As lawyer I am focused on general contract law, copyright and trademark law, therein particularly on film rights and music law as well as the rights of authors and (visual) artists.
My core interests are counseling, creating and negotiating contracts in the fields of civil and business law, where required with international reference. In this process I work out creative and constructive solutions – both for my clients and for the other party/ parties. A particular focus is the development of contracts in the fields of film, music and other art projects.
